Mike "Mike-n-Socks" Simmons, the esteemed—but somewhat quirky—mid-level manager of the Marketing Department, has found himself in hot water. Known for his penchant for wearing socks with sandals (even during client presentations) and bringing his pet parrot, Nigel, to Zoom calls, Mike has been accused of favoritism and failing to provide an equal playing field for all his direct reports.
