Multi-generational Workforce Inclusion

Description: This session explores how organizations can build an inclusive culture that recognizes, values, and leverages generational diversity as a strategic asset. Participants will gain insights into the factors shaping each generation, uncover common myths and biases, and examine how systems, policies, and everyday interactions, can unintentionally privilege or marginalize certain age groups.
