Understanding the Alphabet Soup of Leaves of Absence (ADA, FMLA, ESTA)

Description: This program provides HR leaders, managers and supervisors with critical insights into effectively navigating the complexities of employee leaves of absence and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). With an emphasis on compliance and compassionate communication, participants will gain practical knowledge to manage leave and ADA processes while fostering workplace trust and transparency, and in understanding the interplay between ESTA, FMLA and ADA regulations; and ensuring a harmonious and compliant workplace environment. Participants will leave with actionable strategies and a deeper understanding of this alphabet soup of regulations.
